The EGM Society is thrilled to present its 5th year of Kicking Out Bullying! NEW FOR 2019 - WE HAVE MOVED THIS TOURNAMENT INDOORS AT THE LARGEST SPORTS DOME IN CANADA! Edmonton’s only youth 3v3 soccer tournament unites youth, parents, coaches, teachers and business leaders against the prevalent issue of bullying by fostering teamwork and leadership skills. Through the sport of soccer, the “participation” arm of our Shaping Our Students initiative strives to inspire and motivate youth to take action, stand up and kick bullying out of their day-to-day lives.

  • $180 per team: Maximum 6 players per team, 3 play on the field at once

  • Age groups: U9-U15 boys and U10-U18 girls COMPETITIVE & RECREATIONAL

  • All tournament rules on registration site

  • Swag bags for all players, 3 games guaranteed

  • Alberta Soccer Association (ASA) sanctioned tournament

Be a Buddy NOT a Bully” Campaign. 

Join 2-time Grey Cup winner Randy Spencerand and fellow Edmonton Eskimos Alumni on November 23rdat Urban Tavern on Jasper Ave for a Grey Cup themed fundraiser to help kick start the campaign. Your $15 ticket purchase includes a drink and entry.

The EGM Society has partnered with the leading bullying prevention organization, the Alberta Bullying Research, Resources and Recovery Centre. ABRC works with children, parents, and all professions, (Employers and Employees), impacted by Workplace Bullying, Harassment and Violence. EGM and ABRC will implement this campaign throughout Alberta Schools, Organizations, and Communities.

Power In Me

Power in ME 

A journey of self- discovery, self-esteem builing, and self-empowerment. This one day educational event is filled with discussion and entertainment facilitating a journey of self-discovery for youth.

The Purpose is to empower youth aged 12-16; giving participants an opportunity to connect with their peers that may be facing similar self-esteem challenges and work together towards self-empowerment.

This event is in support of the EGM Society which aims to reduce bulling behaviors and increase leadership qualities among youth. The EGM Society' Shaping our Students Initiative works closely with schools across the Capital region to build young leaders in their communities.
